Reliable, tried-and-tested design
The ID3 gantry is a solid, mechanically welded, fully galvanised structure. The special requirements of washing heavy goods vehicles is our priority, which is why our design has been fully validated in partnership with a firm of engineering consultants specialising in material resistance. This has resulted in a robust machine, capable of resisting extreme climatic conditions whilst ensuring stability in the demanding phases of double sweeping over the front and back of the truck.
And because safety is our prime concern, the ID3 truck washing centre complies with European machine directive 2006/42/CE of the 17th May 2006 certified by the APAVE organisation.
Separate coordination
The ID WASH heavy goods vehicle washing gantry is based on a simple principle: The user commands are separated from the maintenance and operating commands. Handling errors by unqualified personnel are therefore avoided.
Simple, user-friendly operating panel
A remoted control panel for drivers enables them to select the programme using simple, robust push buttons.
This panel only comprises the essentials: Buttons to select the truck washing programmes, 2 green and red indicator lights to indicate the machine's status (ready to wash, wash in progress, frost protection, malfunction...) as well as the emergency stop button.
Maintenance interface, touch screen, fun and connected.
Inbuilt in the automatic vehicle washing system, the electrical box and latest generation industrial robot is built into a waterproof box.
A simple, fun-to-use 5.7 inch screen allows the operating and maintenance functions to be managed (washing time, number of washes, fault diagnostics...).
This screen gives access to all the information concerning the heavy goods vehicle washing centre: Statistics on truck washing for optimising the cycle, diagnostics for managing preventive and curative maintenance.
Possibility of connecting the washing gantry to the internet to remotely manage the vehicle washing machine from the operating depot.
